Using Flash in Fedora 31 (and beyond)

This morning, when attempting to join into my company’s annual education/social event, I found myself needing flash on my new “work VM.” The instructable below helped me get into the event quickly without banging my head against the desk trying to figure this out (or using Firefox Developer edition again).
